    This guy is obviously correct. Under the proposed changes there are incentives to not name the father as it allows double dipping to the benefit of the mother
    and the father, and the disadvantage of the long suffering taxpayer.

    It's as stupid idea from the Greens and shame on WinstonFirst for allowing it.

    This is more of a reflection of our nanby panby over the top PC correctness society.

    If one has a welfare state then one must make very sure to hit anyone
    sucking on the system without good cause, gets a swift kick into touch, or
    onto the chain gang.

    Then again we have the rich and sometimes famous doing the same thing in a white collar way.
