Not IRD, not MSD so who could it be? Sounds like a song doesn't it?
There is a politician in our midst who is arguably the most shrewd and underhand one of the lot - No he wouldn't have done it would he?

What are you talking about, Tony? McCully re the Sheep "deal"? He
certainly had a reputation as the behind the scemes wheeler dealer -
now he is seen as an incompetent liar. Or were you targetting Steven
($11.9m hole") Joyce - now seen as the finance spokesman who cannt
read a simple spreadsheet. Or are you targetting one of the National
Ministers or Bill English's Chief of Staff - all known "dirty tricks" participants who are known for leaking information, or is it Jonathan
Coleman who is not prepared to front up when clinicians warn of the
danger of more deaths due to under-funding?.

Your post gives remonders of a number of scandals - which one did you
    want to discuss?

I'd suggest those who matter know damn well the leaker of the
information has a very long record of leaking information. sounds a bit
like Rich except that Rich only follows the lying side of the person who
most likely leaked Winston's information :)

    On that we must disagree.
No-one would trust rich with the recipe for water (this IS about leaks)
I point the finger at winnie.
It's in with his claims in Parliament that he 'has the dirt' on any-one
    who confronts him..
Long past his use by date

Yup. Either him or Labour/Green. They're the only three who'll benefit
from it. Though the polls seem to indicate that unlike Rich/Labour/Green
most New Zealanders don't like benefit frauds or the party's that shield
    them :)
