So they went to court (good on them) then they lost (that's justice) and because they have more rights than the rest of us they saboutaged a helicopter and cost people money by getting in the way of lawful pursuits.
I hope they rot in jail but of course that will not happen!

You must know more about the case than I do - it is certainly the
justice system that resulted in the appeal being denied. The
protestors may have a case in relation to adequate fencing to prevent
stock from wandering, and in relation to adequate notice of poison
beng dropped, but that is no excuse for sabotaging a helicopter. I
hope the culprits are caught and a suitable punishment given - but I
don't know why you have gone over the top by hoping that they rot in
jail; such an outcome would be against the law
What a pathetic fool you are - the phrase is common and you appear to have taken it literally - how idiotic.
    - you appear to have
caught the arrogance of those who believe that its OK to break some
laws; I prefer an approach that seeks to change the laws if they are
    not adequate.
Bullshit - I am opposed to law breaking and that is clear in this and many other posts.
They certainly could go to prison if convicted and I hope they do.

Calm down Tony. It's not as though anybody expects anything approaching comprehension from the ever trolling Rich :)
