• Are Jacinda and Chippie lying through their teeth or just extremely stu

It can only be one or the other. Chippie asked a question in Parliament on the behest of an Australian Labor Party staffer that is damaging to the Australian governing party.

Now Chippie and Jacinda are expecting us to believe that this question was asked innocently and without knowledge that it was a targeted hit.

Say what? The political media has been full of this issue for weeks. For Chippie to not know what the question was for is quite simply not believable. Jacinda has doubled down and repeated the story.

So either these two are the most stupid, uninformed politicians in Australasia or they are lying through their teeth.

    Which is it?

It's National's fault JohnO, Rich will explain it all to you and you will then be much wiser!

They're politicians, so you to choose.

However, I see that all of a sudden, and when the paperwork is done, the amnesiac Mr Joyce is no longer to be a New Zealand citizen, but this only after
he had "discovered" (Nat Rad's word, not mine) that he was.

("Please, your honour, I've only just this minute discovered I've been shoplifting.")

So along with John Key and Bill English that's another prominent right-of-centre Kiwi added to the growing catalogue of New Zealand's right-of-centre amnesiacs.

Seems this right-of-centre Kiwi pathology is turning into a cross-border contagion, but various upstanding, law-abiding politicans on both sides of the Tasman are working night and day to snuff it out.

    Highly commendable.

I already have. They lying - of course.

Not necessarily to do with amnesia. Joyce was born in Australia to Australian parents so could be excused for thinking he was just an Australian citizen. However his father was born in NZ so due to NZ law, not Australian, he inherits
    NZ dual citizenship.

("Please, your honour, I've only just this minute discovered I've been
    shoplifting.")

    Stupid childish analogy.

So along with John Key and Bill English that's another prominent
right-of-centre Kiwi added to the growing catalogue of New Zealand's right-of-centre amnesiacs.

Keith, are you forgetting about the left of centre David Shearer "forgetting" his 6 figure offshore bank account? Are you forgetting about left of centre David Cunliffe "forgetting" his campaign donation secret trusts? You are so forgetful you could be a
    politician too.

Seems this right-of-centre Kiwi pathology is turning into a cross-border
contagion, but various upstanding, law-abiding politicans on both sides of the Tasman are working night and day to snuff it out.

It turns out there are Green politicians who "forgot" their Kiwi citizenship and now it sounds like there could be some Labour ones about to turn up.

    Highly commendable.

And despite your lame attempts to portray as such, this citizenship bungle has little to do with left or right. It tells us something about your own petty prejudices and kneejerk reactions though, Kieth.

    The answer is YES! :)

If National had ever given an explanation like this to cover up dirty
politics Rich would be screaming (along with the left) for resignations
    from the top down:)
