    Well done Team New Zealand.
And long may it remain in the country.
    Here's to Sir Thomas Lipton.
    We got the bugger Sir...

doubt htat you had anything to do with the win; your gratuitous use of
"We" is typical of the lazy idiots who think any success reflects well

Jeez by the look of the typing Dickbot's been on the sherry.

The RYNZ has had as much to do with winning the cup as george - basically nothing. They were nominal challenger and now defender but had nothing to do with the actual design/build/racing.

George's 'we' refers to New Zealanders. And if you ask any of the ETNZ members they will quickly agree to having all their fans share in the success.

Dickbot's miserable attitude is in such stark contrast to the 80,000+ fans who turned out in the rain to welcome their heroes.

Unlike you and george, neither I nor those 80,000 welcoming the team I
do not regard ourselves as being part of the group whose achievements
    were being celebrated.

Yes I am aware of that - and of subsidies using taxpayer money that
assisted for examle the building of the Oracle defender in this last
    cup.

Or now the cyclists who replace the grinders...
Why would you think I am not aware of them? Or are you trying to be
    offensive?

Innovation, sailing skills and crew work.
Rich may not be proud of the sailors but he's such a broken arse I'd
expect little else from that quarter..
Of course I applaud the efforts and results of all those involved, but
it is a little creepy to have no invovlement referring to "we" as
    deserving of applause

And the parade looked pretty good.
Indeed it did - and your point was?
