    I've pointed out many times that GINI, the most widely used inequality measure,
    has been flat in NZ for decades.

    The very first chart (even attention span deficit lefties should make it that far) is instructive. The number of articles mentioning inequality skyrocketed after the Nat led government came to power in 2008, but the inequality chart did not shift before
    nor after. AKA fake news.

    The second chart shows inequality now measures about the same as in the 1950's.

    So next time you hear some smelly unemployable hippy bleating 'inequality' remember this.
