Yep, this lying cheating crooked piece of shit blames the "system".

Beggars, like car window washers are a pest and a public nuisance. At least the
cops are dealing with this wanker.

Anyone begging in NZ should be moved on and if they keep doing it, arrested. And if they keep doing it, put into low security custody.

Yeah, that's why I have my own business, and have a long history here of berating left wingers, you fucking imbecile.

Most of them keep out of peoples way

Car washers keep out of people's way?

Beggars sitting on footpaths keep out of people's way?

Do you *ever* think before you post your brainless nonsense?

Unfortunately lefty Len the last mayor of Auckland thought that they

hence the council voted not to ban them from the likes of the CBD.

Agreed, Dickbot. The Nats have allowed prison to become far too cushy.

The Nats have increased benefits over and above CPI. Labour had three terms and
    never did that.

Not sure about george152 but my guesses are as follows:

    1. You don't like the current National-lead government. You do like
Labour and acknowledge the Greens as worthy of being Labour's
    government partner.

    2. National are going into an general election looking for a fourth consecutive term and incredibly sustaining in the region of 45-49%
popular support. Most third-term government parties (ie National and
Labour) lag the other in these circumstances.

    3. Labour are going into a general election sustaining popular
support that is the lowest since MMP elections and arguably the lowest
since the party was formed over 100 years ago.

    4. In opposition since 2008 Labour have searched for but not found
stable parliamentary leadership. The current leader is 2.5 years in
the job and the 4th since Helen Clark. He is the first who has always
been a defeated electorate candidate (Entered Parliament in 2011,
defeated in New Plymouth electorate in the 2011 and 2014 general
    elections).

That should be enough for starters...and please remember I am not a
    National party supporter.

Being in prison is easier for him than being on a benefit. That's the
sprt of shit that happens under National.

What that says to me is that the prisons are nowhere near harsh enough
and do not represent an effective enough deterrent.

And under liebor prisons were any different.
Whatever that means - and John Key has gone - Serco haven't improved
    prisons.

Labour didn't improve prisons either Rich. The current shortage of
prison beds can be laid at the feet of Labour and it's 'it's never our
fault' attitude that you push daily.

It is however much harder to live on a benefit under National - always
    is.

Only if your a comprehensionless idiot like you Rich. It's about
understanding how to budget. Hell beneficiary's have been much better
off under National than they ever were under Labour. If you were on a
benefit and had a functional brain cell you'd comprehend this Rich.

I think rich is going to implode during the elections
    Why do you think that?

Because you get sillier by the day as Angry Andy gets Labour deeper in
the shit Rich. Still guess we should feel sorry for you and the
snowflakes on the rest who're getting more and more desperate with every
poll. seen the latest Listener poll Rich?
