    The trains are getting better, millions is being poured into them as they recover from decades of neglect. Unfortunately that means they have to close the lines while the work is done.
    It's much warmer than most of the UK and much of Europe.
    Never lived in Wellington but I have worked there and it is a good city to work in, earthquakes permitting!
