    Makes me laugh when I look back to the early 2000's when so many Kiwi's
    were buying houses at ever rising prices which were in fact owned by the
    banks. The situation hasn't changed considering how many get rich
    seminars are being run by several of those who're busy pushing up house
    prices while praying the bubble won't burst :)
