Exactly Gordon. Costs move in different ways, but as our population
increases (through net positive immigratin controlled by government,
as well as for other reasons not controlled), and as our population
ages, the requirement for medical services changes. The Government
denies that they have reduced spending in real terms, and denies that
they have deliberately reduced services - in both cases they are
attempting to deceive New Zealanders.
