I was intrigued but not too concerned - although it seemed that it has
not been helping - the queue to be served has been a bit longer in

Now an article exlaining it all has been posted - and yes National
have lost the plot. They forget that the department is supposed tobe
helping people by providing services that are in most cases a
statutory right; that confidentiality should mean something, and that conducting business on the footpath is not efficient but also not
    respectful.

FFS Dumbo! That's been going on since that loopy lefty in Ashburton went
mad and shot WINZ staff! Obviously lack of comprehension and stupidity
is a requirement for the loopy left.

Also rather odd that the info provided about new rules seems to be three
years old. Oh hang on isn't that when the marxist muppet went nuts in Ashburton? Sheesh Rich looks like you're not the only marxist muppet
takes three years for information to work it's way into that last brain
    cell.

And here's another article covering the new development. http://www.stuff.co.nz/auckland/88925965/visiting-a-work-and-income-branch-you-must-produce-id

Will MSD need to employ more guards to protect the guards who may have
problems from frustrated people unale to access the building to ask
    for assistance?
