  • Folks who hang around toilets with recorders

    As silly as the rugby player was no-one appears to have asked as to why
    the 'scandalised' couple who took all that time to record every
    salacious second seemed to think recording in a public toilet was okay.
    I seem to recall that people have been taken to court, fined and in some
    cases jailed for such actions

    And whats more I'll bet the act was consensual.

    I think the couple who did the filming then went to the media are pure scum and
    deserve to be outed for invading other people's privacy.

    Note that this was in Christchurch. Perhaps they were outraged that the female in the toilet was not Smith's cousin?

    I don't think there is a law against cousins performing. But surely not
    in a public toilet.

    Why not? What law forbids copulation in a toildt?

    I don't know. I expect there is something about indecency.
    But if the door is shut and locked, is it considered a "public place"?

    I don't think there is any time limit for those genuinely "spending a
    penny".

    It's hard enough for a lady in a full skirt, fifties style, to use an
    average sized toilet these days.
    And most rugby players are much larger than the average person.
    How on earth would two people performing manage?
