Never have Rich. However part of the problem is that kids in so called 'poverty' will have parents who grew up in similar households. These
households are made up of parents who never valued education and expect to
be able to hold their hands out and collect taxpayer funds to support them.
Not get off their arses and activly do something to correct their situation. Something I blame on Labour because they have NEVER practiced equality and
have brainwashed these poor sods into believing they have a god given right
to other peoples money and don't need to take responsability for their own
lack of actions. Very much like you Rich.
