  • Definition of 'treason'

    Looks like some media need to read up on the meaning of words before
    making claims.
    The Maori Party opposing Helen Clark becoming head of the UN is not treason. Treason:
    The crime of betraying one’s own country.
    Providing aid and comfort to the enemy.
    Clarks wanting to run the world doesn't fit the definition by any way or
    means

    Wow - I think the word is "agile"!
    What annoys me is the repetitive requests for "apologies" when those that request it are often at the very best being pragmatic in their own behaviour. What happened last decade is gone and best it stays that way!

    Hell, my tipuna were colonised rather more harshly by the Romans, Vikings, Huns, Danes etc through the last couple of millennia. Perhaps I should blame them for the fact I don't own my own jet?

    Definitely! Especially that Goff now try s to make out he never
    protested with Clark against our troops during the Viet Nam era. A to
    the government (not Labour party as it should have been) 'apology parade
    for the vets: An apology from Clark in particular would have created a
    much better turn out than it got.
