    The initial conviction was based on Wylie believing the testimony of convicted fraudster and wanted man DotCom and his bar-girl toy wife over that of John and
    Amanda Banks

    That was extremely poor judgement and it is totally appropriate that he apologise.

    When Banks was convicted many lefties crowed, showing the general vindictive nastiness of the left.

    How many lefties will now apologise? I predict none; they lack the moral fibre.

    coms ranch then they are not very credible. Banks is still a liar in

    John Banks holds a helicopter pilot's licence and regularly flies himself. For him, a helicopter flight to a flash house would not be much more memorable than
    driving to it. What's the big deal?

    The bottom line is that the Dotcom's lied about a crucial meeting and that was central to the issue of whether donations were discussed.

    Unfortunately for that story is John Banks has/had access to a helicopter...
    To some a ride in a chopper is the high light of their life.
    To a few its like getting into a car.
