The short answer is it is probably impossible to stop, the server might do something about it if they get enough complaints, the address for
complaints is normally in the header information and looks something like abuse@servername. The only other option is to notify the police in the country of origin for anything hat is illegal like child pornography
assuming it is possible to identify the country (not always easy). Lastly
if the poster uses an anonymous remailer the chances of getting any action reduce to just about zero. Very sad but unfortunately it will be
