    So what are the answers, given that marching does nothing? There are no quick
    answers as there is a problem that is generational. If you look at the common factors in these cases: generational welfare dependency and unwanted children in single parent "
    families" in the care of others.

    So the path is getting people out of welfare dependency and education about
    responsibility and life choices, in particularly pregnancy.


    Cyps should examine all blended families.
    Its unrelated males who seem to be the greatest danger to kids
