• Labour are on a roll!

From JohnO@3:770/3 to All on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 16:06:04
    No, seriously, I mean it.

Phil "Chinky Names" Twyford is for once sensible in calling for Auckland urban limits to be removed to free up land supply. Looks like Labour will support the
Nats in beating this into Auckland Council's thick skulls.

Labour have officially backed making medical use marijuana available.

And now "Squeaky" Parker makes some sense over Maori water rights: "There is no
basis to the claim Māori have a stronger interest in water than any other group, says Labour's environment spokesman David Parker."

Wow, three sensible moves by Labour. What's going on?

I see that Labour and the media have completely given up on the NZ/Panama Papers beat up. Just like they have on the TPPA beat up.

Rich you seem to have missed George152's comment completely.

While there have been and will be issues of the day that point to
failures in the 3 National-led governments since 2008, the opposition
parties either have declining popularity or continue at the margins as
they have since the first MMP election in 1996.

Compare this with the Labour-led governments of 1999-2008, where
National revitalised its popular support after about 4 years in
    opposition.

Crah. Go easy on Rich. The loopy lefty always looks at the poll graphs
upside down because he's incapable of accepting that Labour could be as bad
as it is. After all Rich denied vociferously that Labour had anything to do with dirty politics. It was all National :)
