The government shouldn't be able to force one man to provide for the >lifestyle or safety of another. That's an individual responsibility.

Tax havens are all about reducing the tax people pay in other
    countries.

Re healthy homes, don;t worry, the government are arguing that private landlords should be able to continue to rent promises that are

Just like cigarette companies can sell product that are bad for purchasers' health. And many fast food companies. And companies that hire motorcycles
    and cars.

Personal responsibility is choosing not to engage in behaviour that is bad
for you. If that means not renting a "dengerous" property then so be it. If
it means making a house you are living in safe then so be it. Personal responsibility.

How come these so called "Healthy Homes " weren't an issue when Labor
    was in power.??

Or for any of the last 50 years or so since they were built - in the case of so
    many state houses?

The difference is that nowadays the tenants are too stupid to open the windows from time to time and too lazy to keep the house clean and tidy.

And there are a lot more people who tolerate this stupidity and laziness and blame others instead.

Yet another distraction from the ever distracted Rich. Funny how he does
this when he knows he nd his glorious Labour party are on the road to
another thrashing from National and John Key. Or in the case after making a fool of himself yet again in NZGen:)
