• Unbelievably bad sportsmanship by Australia

The Black Caps defeated Australia yesterday in the decider of the Chappell Hadley series. The win was thoroughly deserved.
Mitchell Marsh played the ball onto his foot and the bowler caught it. At least three New Zealand players appealed despite what some Australian reporters said. You could argue that the replay on the big screen which clearly showed the catch to be valid should not have been shown; but to argue that is to argue that television replays should not be shown at matches - what an idiotic notion. The crowd saw the catch and roared - well of course they would. The unpires exercised their right and obligation to the game and reviewed the decision. Mr Marsh was given out.
Controversial? A little but nothing like the under arm bowling controversy. However the Aussie players and media are slating the Black Caps as being unsportsmanlike - get a life Aussie. You were outplayed in this game, you lost the series fair and square and your international cricket team is arguably the least sportsmanlike team of anu in the world; not sure why because your other international sporting teams are not like that.
The batsman was incensed at the decision - how dare he be? He was caught, end of discussion. Our coach (an Australian by the way) believes everything went as it should.
I would be happy if our team never played Australia at cricket again but of course that would be self defeating. The Aussie sledging incif=dents are well known and they are now claiming we sledged them in this game - oh the poor little wooses!

How can you tell there's a cheat on a sports field?

The Aussie accent of the sledger
