• Sugar tax nonsense

From george152@3:770/3 to All on Monday, April 04, 2016 07:58:36
The socalled experts cant even get their facts right.
Evidently its not the 3 fattest its about 27th.
If they're going to tax sugar I have two apple trees, do I have to
declare them and their yearly crop so some maths wizz can work out the
    amount of sugar I'm making?
There have always been obese people.
There will always be obese people in spite of eggheads in ivory towers

What are the first 26 then george, and do they appear in our diet?

Do your write for the Cam or Farrar? Your ability to selectively
    speculate would be an advantage
Good on you Rich - you are of course a past master at that.

There have always been obese people.
There will always be obese people in spite of eggheads in ivory towers

Of course - "Let them eat cake" could be your catchphrase, george.
Maybe you would be best to research the origin of that phrase! It was never about cake or anything sweet!

It must be difficult attempting to look stupid at every turn but this
time he's achieved it (and the semi illiterate rich has returned)

The New Zealand figure has to be taken with a grain of salt.
Auckland is the largest Island population.
The island people are very large .
If the rest of the population was Ethiopians
The fat police would still say say we were all obese.

Five minutes with a search engine proves that the NZ figures quoted by
the ivory tower tenants are unlike the figures from all other sources.
They should either stop lying or use the Internet to educate themselves
