It comes back to families and upbringing doesn't it?

That family if the BOP cop shooter never once looked at themselves or the shooter and just blamed everybody else. Any child brought up in that environment is growing up with no respect for society and the rule of law.

But it's all about imbalance. Obviously us white fellas aren't doing
    enough criminal stuff, eh?

Yep - but what are the chances that the Waitangi Tribunal will have
the expertise to get more non-Maori into prisons ;-)

Seriously though I am wondering how Corrections are to blame for Maori re-offending rates. If Corrections stand accused of anything it can
only be that more effort goes into stopping non-Maori re-offending
    than for Maori.

It's like the current lefty wails about racism when a polling company has questions about Maori in a poll and weeping at National identifying those familys who's kids do badly in school. Typical of the loopy left that Labour/Green and the likes of Rich scream foul and try to sweep the truth
back under the carpet where Labour has so succesfully kept it for so many years.

Here's a couple of pertinent links for Rich to ignore :)
