faith bargaining. It is an indiocation of NAtional's perfidy and
incompetence that among teh "benefits" of the sale were said to be
"increased export receipts and the introduction of capital investment
to convert dairy support land to dairying." The majority of those
receipts will of course go overseas in due course either as dividends
or capital gain, and the lack of capital investment a symptom of the
huge increase in both private and public borrowing under that "borrow
and hope" government. Let us hope this is one of the last legacies of
a government that put overseas investors ahead of New Zealanders.

The point is that it didn't get mentioned by the racists Twyford and Peters, as

All except what money is used to purchase services from local business or for that matter the tax on profits. The dividends don't make a lot of difference in
