• The late Rod Donald on Waka Jumping legislation

From JohnO@3:770/3 to All on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 14:29:07
In 1999, speaking against an earlier party-hopping bill, Green co-leader Rod Donald reminded the House that “had this bill existed prior to the last [1999] election, we [Donald and Fitzsimons] would have been removed from this House and denied our
opportunity to stay here for the full parliamentary term”.

    H/T: Kiwiblog

Yet the Greens are supporting Winston's self preservation bill. The Greens have
    no integrity.

The more I see of this the clearer it is to see it as an infringement of free speech. Seems Winnie wants to make it easier for the draconian coalition of losers to suppress dissent within it's own ranks. I wonder how many of Winston's crew will back this
bill up and how many will vote with the opponents. It a disgusting piece of legislation from one of New Zealands most disgusting politicians!
