Now how can you eject an MP from parliament if he was actually elected? In the past (thinking Anderton and Peters) they left and got tossed by the party resulting in a bye election which they promptly won. I'd suggest if they were voted in by the people
they should stay. List MP's however don't pose a problem. Hell list MP's shouldn't be cabinet ministers or even on committees as they're only party goons. Their to make up the numbers with no individual mandate to do anything!
