In bound 0800 and 0508 calls into NZ should not have any technical
reason why it can't happen apart from tariffing problems with the US
carriers. ie. a message advising that this call with be charge at
international rates..

For some unexplained reason [no money in it for them perhaps?] Telecom do
not allow this.

INTERNAL (called only from WITHIN NZ)
