    It’s pretty amazing that ES is still around. With all the other social options, newsgroups have fallen pretty far. Add that ES is text only makes
    it even more surprising.

    It is also cool that there is continued support (or at least it still
    works) for NewsTap on the iPhone and you can dive into nostalgia heaven! ;)

    Do you mean at Agency BBS as a logged in user?
    It could be because your account was not yet validated after signing up as
    a new user.

    If you do opt to telnet to the BBS I'd recommend a client like Netrunner
    you will find a copy of that at mysticbbs.com

    BBS address is agency.bbs.nz using good old port 23
