Not bad as a fairly straightforward episode. I was a little surprised when it was over because it seemed to zoom by, but it didn't have a sudden convenient resolution - just a sensible, simple one, with a little bit of character connection to it. That
was nice.
DYN:
...people keep saying "Wayland" to refer to Smithers? I thought it was established long ago that it was Waylon... is that not right?
...Frink says the completely redundant and grammatically illogical, but somehow
widespread phrase "a tad bit"?
Previous episode stuff
1F13: Homer identifies himself (to Lisa) as an astronaut
DABF05: Bar trivia "name a drink made from hops and barley" that stumps people very similar to Duffman's question from long ago (you know, ancient hop-grain juice); also, a demolition derby is seen
8F06, 7G06/2F32: Lisa laments both times with her pony and the jazz musician who died
XABF11: Another "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri" gag

Moe wonders what Frink is up to and is confused when the scene doesn't change right away, prompting him to ask louder
Patty and Selma can't smoke "since we moved to Disney" (I wonder if this is actually going to be true)
