    Homer responds asking "Denver"? Which is a popular omelette option like Spanish
    omelette, ham and cheese omelette, Denver omelette. With his dumb banjo riff after she says "no, Spanish" I assume Homer purposely asked Denver knowing it's
    a real town, but
    that she would assume he meant was it a Denver omelette instead of was the town
    Denver?

    Hopefully that makes sense, I just saw this episode and fucking laughed my ass at the joke

    I found out recently the banjo is a reference to "Hee
    Haw", a comedy variety show from the 70s.
