A premise with some promise (not only Ned's overall career trouble, but his finding an apparently permanent new job as substitute teacher), especially with
his connection to Edna that I must say I nearly forgot until her picture came up. The plot overall
was fine, but the little moments were horrid. (It's very weird, also, that Homer's lunchtime-is-God's-lunchtime theory gets confirmed and then later he feels God's on a 7-hour time difference.) Todd and Lisa's subplot was odd and could have had more.
Anyway, good for Ned, not great for us. Title was a little bland but I appreciate the very subtle nod to Ned's handedness.

a photo shoot for a long-haired metal band. After Ned's tone-deaf
grooming and wardrobing for the shoot, they now all look like Ned (short-haired, green-sweatered, and mustachioed), resembling the
