Overall I really enjoyed it and it will certainly be in my Top 10 of the
    year.

    PROS:

    Impressive CGI.

Pretty decent storyline that logically follows the previous film.

    CONS:

Three shitty, unnecessary characters who only act as an "intermission"
between scenes in the main story and interrupt the flow by introducing a pointlessly comedic tone that is absent from the rest of the film.

Kong's seemingly varying size depending on the scene.

I fucking loved it. A big dumb Toho movie miraculously fused with 21st
century fx technology. Completely unbelievable - as it should be.

i did enjoy it but it was clearly all daft nonsense.

    spoilers....

a secret world underground with mountains, fauna, light (!), creatures
and a throne just waiting for kong plus his magic axe.

and after travelling for a few minutes upon entering this world they are somehow under hong kong, and godzilla blasts a hole from above that
shows this secret magical world is actually just a few hundred metres underground.
across the world miners should have been finding this world every few
    months.

but yes, it was entertaining enough, certainly more than that last
    godzilla film.
