Not at all horror, but very underrated. Just plain fucking fun is what it is. Sam Raimi, the Coen brothers, Bruce Campbell, Paul Smith, Bryon James, Louise Lasser.... In one of the most slapstick hilarities ever to be described as noir. Kinda like the "
Fake Shemps"-shorts meet a 40s dark-noir as done by Harold Lloyd. Two "pest-control" guys that are actual hired-killers make a boo-boo & kill a guy that hired them to off his wife... And she's a witness. Meanwhile, a desperately lonely "golly-gee, Beaver"
-type sweet-but-SQUARE guy is wookin'-pa-nub-in-all-da-wong-paces which includes a girl that wants to be with a classy bad-boy. This film is so sappy-sweet and fun that I wholly recommend it to anyone that hasn't seen it before.

That is a whole bunch of things I like. Not sure why I've never seen it but thanks for the heads up.

It's one o' my "comfort films" that I've probably seen too many damn times, like CLUE, RAT-RACE, IN THE MOUTH OF MADNESS, DONNIE DARKO, PHANTOM OF THE PARADISE, BUGSY MALONE, SHOCK TREATMENT, HAROLD & MAUDE, etc.

Great cast and a fun film.

Only bit I can remember about it, was Brion James going to get into a
lift and there's some young lad in there saying "We stop at EVERY
floor", so he throws him out.

Also, wasn't there someone stuck in a crate at the end?

    A crazy, obscure Raimi flick.

Bruce plays a crazy, annoying ladies man with great lines like: "How about going back to my place for a scotch and sofa? Haa haaa..."

He he, it's ref to me as a musician and crazy synth nerd, :-) Check out my YT channel (same name) for demos, and referenced Soundcloud channel on the YT channel for tracks. Inspirations to name a few: JMJ, Tangerine Dream, Kraftwerk, Vangelis, John
Carpenter scores, Depeche Mode, Aphex Twin, and so much more.

If you haven't already, then check out the Retro-Wave genre. If you like
    80's soundtrack synth, then it's a must.
