    never saw the original film....

a man leaves korea by car with his family, fleeing a zombie apocalypse
that presumably happened in the first film, he passes a desperate family begging for help but doesn't help.

a few years later he's slumming it in hong kong, his family having not
made it due to an unfortunate incident on a boat when he's offered the
    chance to make millions.

all he has to do is allow himself to be smuggled back into korea with 3
other people and recover a truck containing millions of us dollars.

only thing in his way are hordes of zombies that are practically blind
in the dark but very sensitive to light and sound.

naturally he discovers when there that there's more trouble there than
zombies and it becomes a fight to escape, along with the kids of a woman
who helps him on his arrival.

this one wasn't bad at all, in some ways reminiscent of the opening tv
show contained within demons 2 but with a far higher budget.
it does turn into an action film more than horror as the story unfolds
    but it's entertaining nontheless.
guess i'll have to watch the original now.

    here's the trailer.

You should definitely watch the original. It is one of the better zombie
films of late. The animated sequel is worth a watch as well.

The original is the third DEMONI film we never got, the one that was going
to be set on an airliner.

It’s one of the best horror movies of the last ten years and THE best
    zombie movie.

When I think of the SHITE you steal online, Gary son, how have you missed
    this one?

I still need to watch the original myself, and already have a plan to do so first chance.
