• An Honest Thief

    Liam Neeson's a bankrobber
    But he never hurt nobody
He just loved to live that way
And he loved to steal their money

OK, not horror but there weas bugger all else on at my local and couldnt
stand another weekend staring at the same 4 walls, so thought I'd give
    it a go.

Liam Neeson plays a former Marine, who's taken to robbing banks for fun.
His conscience finally gets the better of him, and decides to turn
himself in. Unfortunately, he finds himself double crossed by a couple
of corrupt FBI agents who want the loot for themselves and implicate him
in the murder of a fellow agent.

And so he is faced with the arduous task of trying to clear his name of
the murder, so he can turn himself in for the robberies. Which involves
a lot of fun with explosives.

Basically, it's Liam Neeson being Liam Neeson. If you're familiar with
his other films, like Taken and The Commuter, this offers pretty much
more of the same. Which also features a good supporting cast including
Robert Patrick, Jai Courtney and Jeffrey Donovan.

A decent enough action pic, which is worth a watch in my view.

Looking at his filmography on The Movie Database either he loves to work
and takes just about anything offered to him or he likes to jump back
and forth between getting a big pay check and working on more
significant films. COLD PURSUIT v. SILENCE. THE COMMUTER v. MARK FELT.
    And so on.

true but i'm sure there was a time where he played characters other than
'moody quiet guy with the ability to kill 20 people in 20 seconds'
