A young couple buy a house at a knock down price, after the previous
owner, played by a creepy Dennis Quaid, runs into financial difficulties
and defaults on his mortgage.
Living in temporary accomodation nearby, he stops by a few times to say
hello and wish them well. But as his unnanounced visits become more
frequent and he gets increasingly over friendly, they suspect he has no
real interest in letting go of his old house.
Quite enjoyed this one, an interesting thriller, quite tense in places. Although it does get a little predictable in places. The ending,
including the final line, was actually ripped straight off another
movie. But can't say which one as it'll be a major spoiler.
But anyway, definately worth 90mins of your time.
