Apparently also a film by some bloke called Darren Argento - sounds foreign. Skip that and watch this one - it was filmed on an iPhone.

Brittle corporate-type Claire Foy goes to a mental hospital and somehow
gets admitted against her will. Is she being stitched up or does she really have a screw loose?

If you've never seen a film set in an asylum you'll really enjoy the first
45 minutes. Otherwise feel free to fast-forward through the familiar scenes
of weird patients hanging out common rooms, our heroine protesting her sanity and just sounding crazier, patients queuing up for pills in little cardboard cups and escalating physical and chemical restraint.

In fact you could probably skip the rest of the film too. When the plot finally
gets going it becomes obvious that the twisty drama forgot the actual twists.

Foy's character is the one upside, particular her reliance on violence to solve every problem. She may not (or may) need locking up but she could certainly
do with a few sessions with a therapist.

This got on a few lists of "horror gems you may not have noticed" - I don't know why.

You wouldn't notice the shot-on-iPhone thing if you hadn't been told beforehand - which probably goes to show how used to shaky, crappy camerawork we all are now.

It's boring and crappy enough on its own merits. The gimmick is
    superfluous.

So it's like an M. Night Sha-la-la-la-la flick?
