Supposedly a gothic horror, but really more of a period drama (no real spoilers).

Set in Italy, sometime in the 50s . Emilia Clark (who played Sarah
Connor in Terminator Genisys) is a nurse who specialises in helping
disturbed children.

She is summoned to some remote villa to help a young boy who hasn't
spoken since the death of his mother and spends an awful long time
listening to the wall in his bedroom.

Despite her best efforts, she seems unable to have any effect on him.
But then when she thinks she herself can hear voices coming from the
wall, she fears that ghostly going on are afoot.

Well, they are, but its not what you think.

Very slow film, for the most part a straightforward drama, until about
the last 20mins or so when the twist in the plot is revealed, then
everything seems condensed into the final act, which all concluded
rather abruptly.

Can't say as I particularly liked his one, way too slow for my tastes
and the ending seemed rather rushed.

The Woman in Black it was not!
