an entertaining old fashioned spanish film.
a pair of spinsters run a guest house in a small village.
problem is, they are very judgemental, any time a woman stays with them
there's something wrong, promiscuous, unmarried with child, wearing the
wrong kind of clothes.
in an argument with one woman they push her down the stairs to her
comically easy death.
from then on the continue to do it deliberately while the sister of the
first victim investigates her disappearance.
not an original storyline but this may have been one of the first to do
it. not bad in it's way.
