    in a nuclear plant which has the worst safety record since mr burn's
    power plant some noxious liquid is dripping into the earth.
    a school bus drives through a cloud of gas caused by the liquid and the
    kids disappear much to the worry of their parents.

    not to worry though because here they come, acting like zombies, hugging
    their parents and burning them to a crisp with their radioactive powers.

    the only way to stop them is the chop off their hands complete with
    black fingernails.

    This is one of the ones I remember fondly as a £1.99 cardboard-sleeved VHS tape.
