    I loved it!!

Thought the intetactive element was smooth, intriguing, and not at all a detraction from the flow of the story even when they rebooted back on track!!

The fellow playing Colin was outstanding within a very good ensemble cast.

I'm inspired to watch the entire "Dark Mirror" anthology although I was told to
avoid episode one as it is gratuitous to a fault

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll watch it again with a more analytical eye!!

It's their loss. They won't be able to experience it the same way now, it's

I was blown away by it. As I was getting ready to watch it I was
thinking, that's it now, we're going to be inundated with this 'choose
your own adventure' shit but Brooker has single-handedly invented and
destroyed the medium in one brilliant swoop. The part when the character
starts resisting your decisions... this was not just a movie or an
experience, it was a work of art.

I'm inspired to watch the entire "Dark Mirror" anthology although I

I'd say avoid series one. From then on they get better and better.

But you can't go back and re-live it, that's the fucking THING.

The one where he decapitates his dad, which I thought was perfect and probably why I got so giddy about the whole thing.

I got the one where he's a bewildered actor in a fight scene with the psychiatrist.

It was interesting to a point, but without the interactive element it
would have been a pretty uninspired story. I was initially tempted to not
make any choices and see how the default played out.

I can't see any reason to avoid the first series. In fact, there has only
been one episode I didn't like - "San Junipero" from Series 3 (which, ironically won awards).

I would agree that the show got better and better - Series 4 is
    definitely the best.

Have you not watched it yet? In some cases it does allow one to go back
to a previous decision, see a quick recap of all the previous decisions
made up to that point, and then continue on from where the 'wrong'
    decision was made.
