It's like Breaking Bad meets Terms Of Endearment. Ridiculously unrealistic for a supposed true story but then if it was more faithful to actual events, it really would be just him driving back and forth. Which would have made for a better movie.

It's like Breaking Bad meets Terms Of Endearment. Ridiculously
unrealistic for a supposed true story but then if it was more faithful
to actual events, it really would be just him driving back and forth.
Which would have made for a better movie.

Figure failure to score awards will be due to the film itself and not punishment for Squint's empty chair farce and metoo antagonism, etc.
Probably for the best that it's not a better movie.
