It's a bit Peak Joss, really, and therefore a lot less clever than it
might seem
at first but I like it well enough. I'm not sure how thought-provoking it is but I'll ride with the other punches. Note that Whedon's a bit like, say, Tarantino in one important respect - his dialogue is entirely artificial and whether you like his work will largely hinge on whether you like the house "style", to to speak.

CITW is fucking great. The Mer-Man......
BUFFY was trash, but fairly watchable trash (i too was forced to watch
it in a cultural exchange with the ol ball and chain, she watched 40 odd >hours of Argento and Bava in retribution). THE BODY is a good episode,
on the scale of trash teen soapopera. CITW really is, as we all must
agree, fucking great. That final 10 mins is like everything i ever
wanted to see in a film when i was a kid. I also have no interest in
'Joss' and his other works...
Basically what i'm trying to say is, #metoo
