Memorandum from Hunter Reon Barnes, the Mayor of Mount Shasta, Ca

According to United States Law, Mount Shasta is a United States city, and I am it's mayor because I ran unopposed.

This also places all city property under my control.

Any of you not wanting me as your mayor may quit, and any of you trying to keep
my city office from me or trying to pretend I'm not currently mayor of Mount Shasta are immediately terminated from city employment without severance pay (*see
insubordination/treason.)+(also *see disarmament, arrest, detainment, interrogation, and deportation.).

Also, all Mount Shasta police must be able to and regularly pass urine analysis
as a condition of employment.

All of you (city employee) are subject to annual evaluation by me as condition of employment.

Yes, all city of Mount Shasta property is legally under my control according to
U.S. law, because I ran for mayor unopposed.
