    I knew Duane before he killed. He was my scary teacher. He danced with my mother. He wrote me from jail for help preparing his ptsd defense. Fran was a wonderful young woman.

    I am a family member. my father was her aunt and identified her after her death. This man is alive and well living his best life.

    Hi Brenton. i have a comment to make. I feel as the FBI officer feels that once released he would kill again. my uncle of which i can prove was one of the officers who was called to the scene of the crime as it happened. he said it was worse than any
    scene he had seen in VietNam. Anne Rule book #9 has the story in it. it is called Kill me or I will Kill you....
