President Trump said Friday that �the jury�s still out� on FBI Director Christopher Wray following the collapse of the case against former
national security adviser Michael Flynn.

During an appearance on Fox News� �Fox & Friends,� Trump was asked about
Wray�s role in the ongoing reviews of the FBI�s investigation into
Russia�s alleged meddling in the 2016 election.

�It�s disappointing,� Trump said.

�Let�s see what happens with him. Look, the jury�s still out.�

Trump�s remarks came after he last week blasted the �dirty, filthy cops at
the top of the FBI� who he said �destroyed� Flynn.

Trump also said Thursday that �I hope a lot of people are going to pay a
big price� over the Flynn case, adding, �They�re scum.�

Pressure on Wray mounted earlier this week, when Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee demanded that he reveal when he �personally knew of
the FBI�s misconduct� in the Flynn probe.

The retired three-star Army general was attempting to withdraw a guilty
plea for lying to investigators about his contacts with a Russian official
when the Justice Department on Thursday abandoned the prosecution.

In a court filing, the feds said Flynn�s Jan. 24, 2017, FBI interview was �conducted without any legitimate investigative basis.�

Flynn has denied intentionally lying to the FBI.
