Pure genius, the homeless will never leave and they'll continue
shitting all over the place.

And - the filthy disgusting corrupt democrats of California will
have created another pocket of dependent voters.

Their continually stupid constituents will keep supporting the
crooks in office.

Democrats created the homeless problem.

Get rid of the democrats first and half of California's problems
will solve themselves.

One day of homeless dirtbags in the facility and it will have to
be fumigalted before any normal humans can use it again.

But democrats don't care about children or taxpayers.

They only care about covering up election fraud and implementing
socialism.
