In a vampire-comedy film, the main protagonist (vampire) was run over by
a bus on a city street. The vampire stood up, used his fist to crush a windshield, and climbed-up to a driver's cockpit to beat the crap out of
a driver.

This is the only scene I can remember. Watched it in late 80's or early
90's.

The vampire in the film looked very much like Jack Nicholson, but by
browsing Nicholson's filmography and movies descriptions I can't find
anything like this. So probably it wasn't Jack N. No, it's not Wolf from
1994.
