if it wasn't for the 15/2 horse amongst them the accumulated odds of the

nearly 25,000/1 for example

enough so that every fucker was backing dettori for a month of sundays afterwards haha...

I run around 15km each and every week, do weights, squats, hundreds of
pushups and situps, all my own house repairs mods etc, etc etc.

And I ain't fat - avoid fatty foods, know your nurients, don't drink
any alcohol at all for at least 5 days each week, smoke plenty of green/dope/pot, and plenty of other things to keep the grim reaper

I weigh 88kg and it's almost all muscle and bone, very little fat. I'm
