The State courts won't take on any case, even in the lower courts,
wherre there is **no evidence**.

Rudy, of the leaking hair dye, Borat II 15 year old daughter in the
hotel room and the presser in the parking lot near the sex shop, is
far too canny to say to a judge that there *is* evidence of fraud,
when patently that would be misleading the court and would cost him
his legal practitioner's certificate.

He will need his certificate for post-Trump work :)

In other words, Trump is fucked and the fat lady is already making her
final phone calls.
