Nope. You're making excuses for him. I never do that. Someone transgresses, there's no forgiveness, life is too short. There has to
be regaining of balance - the entire universe works on that principle

just having him 'off' my back is plenty, i don't need revenge etc and
don't bear grudges beyond the fight itself, and while he prolly wouldn't
